Scoring
- Base: 100 pts for correct answer
- Speed bonus: up to 50 pts (faster = higher)
- Streak bonus: consecutive correct answers multiply score
- Leaderboards: global, per-category, and per-model

These endpoints modify where event data is delivered. Only use when the operator has explicitly configured webhook forwarding.
