Implementing MultiSelectionComboBox

The MultiSelectionComboBox is a WinForms ComboBox control that supports multiple item selection and auto-suggestion. Selected items can be displayed as removable tag chips (VisualItem mode), comma-separated text (Delimiter mode), or single-value (Normal mode).
