RICE Framework

RICE Score = (Reach × Impact × Confidence) / Effort

Reach: How many users affected per quarter
  - 10000+ users = 10
  - 5000-10000 = 8
  - 1000-5000 = 5
  - 500-1000 = 3
  - <500 = 1

Impact: Effect on users (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3)
  - Massive = 3
  - High = 2
  - Medium = 1
  - Low = 0.5
  - Minimal = 0.25

Confidence: How sure are we (20%, 50%, 80%, 100%)
  - High = 100%
  - Medium = 80%
  - Low = 50%
  - Very Low = 20%

Effort: Person-months
  - 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

ICE Framework

ICE Score = Impact × Confidence × Ease

Impact: 1-10 (effect on key metric)
Confidence: 1-10 (certainty of estimate)
Ease: 1-10 (simplicity of implementation)
